Audit and Compliance Manager

Experience in conducting statutory, internal and tax audits ? Knowledge and application of SEBI Regulations, Accounting standards (including Ind AS) and Auditing Standards is essential, ? Sound knowledge of use of MS Office ? Experience of statutory audit of listed companies is preferable ? Ability to lead team of approx. 50- 60 people and good communication skills ? Should have worked for a CA Firm ? Ability to handle multiple assignments and clients
